  Worst customer service ever! Came in to purchase an iPhone. Then for the first 20 minutes, the sales associate insisted on discussing cars, hers, mines, daughters, husbands, friends, etc. As someone with ADHD, she totally threw off my concentration on what I was there for. Then, after I purchased the wrong phone, I immediately called the store and was told to come back in an hour because they were going to see if the manager could wave the restocking fee. Then, when I arrived at the store, I waited another 2 hours for the manager to tell me no she couldn't wave a $50 restocking. In the future, I will never do business with this store or any other store. I have to do business where the experience is all about the phone and not the extra stuff.
