Today i dropped off 2 tubs of clothes at 11:15 a.m. i asked how long would it be until ready for pick up she rudely said 20 mins. I said ok & decided to have a look around during the 20 min wait. After 20 mins it still wasn't ready so i left & was told to wait for a call. I didn't get a call until 3:30 p.m. & they only took 1 item. My whole experience today with them was just horrible. A better staff needs to b hired!!!! Southaven location
