  The people in the business are friendly and helpful, we liked them. Their installers are not good at all. They are the problem. They did not install the carpet correctly. The seams aren't right. They did not install cove base correctly. They have been back out to fix things four times and still do not have ours right yet. We are waiting now after since October for these things to get totally corrected. It's almost been 5 months. They get a 2 for their friendliness in the office. I do not recommend using them based on their installers.

  I had a great experience here. I came in with an idea of what type of flooring I wanted. I wanted something that would hold up well to a dog and a couple kids. The salesperson showed me some options that I didn't know existed and the floors turned out great! The flooring is super durable and is holding up well. Best of all, they had more options and better deals than the big box stores or closeout flooring stores.
