They were so busy counting down until closing they lost out on my sales of 2 pairs of cowboy boots ! Quite disgusted with their service and when I posted on fb about their awful service several people said the same thing. I ended up going to Frontier and bought my boots there, great personal service and they actually wanted to help me.
