They use those tactics to tempt new people to work there.Trucks and equipment are not safe. Management has been notified multiple time with no action. They hire 10-15 drivers every few months even though the company doesn't have enough work to go around which ends in a large turnover. If you want to make money, be treated with respect and actually receive a bonus then DON'T work for Cardinal logistics.
